hello!

Marketing is part art, part science, and part sweet‐talking the algorithms.

I dabble in all three—often simultaneously, and usually with coffee in hand.

I help build brands, craft stories, and fine‐tune strategies.

marketing & mildly questionable playlists

Marketing is a lot like coffee: the right blend matters. Too much data? You lose the soul. Too much creativity? All froth, no substance.

I didn’t start in boardrooms or ad agencies. I started with cold calls and handing out flyers. Then came an internship as a fashion stylist for Kenneth Cole—which sounds fancy until you realize I was mostly handling sales. But honestly? Best marketing lesson ever. Nothing teaches you how customers think and feel better than selling to them face-to-face. Years later, when I needed direction, I’d ask the sales team. They’d know.

I digress.

A few years later, I landed in luxury retailDSquared2, Iceberg, Frankie Morello. The kind. This gave me insights into the psychology of high-end customers—how they think, what drives them, and why exclusivity sells. Somewhere along the way, I started dabbling in CRM, loyalty programs, and retention strategies, figuring out what keeps customers coming back.

Oh, and a random highlight? I once had to create a store playlist. Easily, the most fun work assignment ever. (Yes, I take credit for those perfect background beats while people debated over which luxury jacket to buy.)

At some point, I traded in retail floors for digital spaces—diving deep into website development, Google Analytics, Meta ads, SEO, and social media strategy. There’s something oddly satisfying about deciphering digital behavior—figuring out what makes people click, engage, or (tragically) bounce.

The acronyms—UI/UX, GA, SEO—decoding them is half the fun. The other half? Knowing which ones actually matter.

Cut to the chase—I love all parts of marketing. The unglamorous bits. The exciting brand shoots. The ambitious marketing plans & budgets. The thrill of a campaign going live. The ROI breakdowns. The late-night tweaks to get everything just right.

And as for how to end this?

Well, let’s just say—the best marketing stories never really end.

They just evolve.
